Wildrose Kennels Annual British Working Test 2003

The Annual Wildrose British Retriever Championship is held on the training grounds of Wildrose Kennels each spring. The one-day test is run on British Kennel Club rules making it the only one of its type in North America. The even affords the American Retriever enthusiast the opportunity to experience a British trial firsthand.

The trial attempts to duplicate situations which would likely occur on an average hunt for waterfowl or upland birds. The trial includes a water series and several walk-up/driven tests which involve a variety of cover. All retriever enthusiasts and visitors are invited.
