Wildrose Kennels is the oldest and largest breeding and training facility in North America specializing in British Labradors.
Wildrose Mississippi
Our 141-acred training grounds in Oxford, Mississippi include 7 water sources, one seasonal stream and a variety of field, croplands and woodlands ideal for the development of outstanding waterfowl and upland game retrievers. We offer exposure to a variety of game in the most realistic hunting environments possible to meet our clients' expectations including ducks, chukar, quail and pheasant.
Kennels
The kennels are housed in 4 separate covered facilities. Each pen is constructed of 10 x 10 x 6.5 welded steel panels. The kennels are not enclosed to assure that dogs remain weather acclimated.
The 1750 sq. ft. health care facility offers the finest care for our puppies, dogs in training and mature animals. An on-site veterinarian technician administers our comprehensive health-care program. Individual health records are maintained on all litters and on each dog at Wildrose. Dogs in training receive a physical each month including dental cleaning and nail care. Wildrose takes great pride in providing each dog with the finest nutritional diet, clean facilities, and proper health care.
Wildrose Arkansas
The Wildrose mountain training facility is located in the picturesque Ozark Mountains along the Little Buffalo River just outside the quaint village of Jasper. The facility is located in the most rugged part of the Ozark Mountains offering exceptional training opportunities.
The facility includes a 1710 sq. ft., 3 bedroom, 3 bath lodge, two metal buildings and covered kennels. Little Buffalo River, teaming with fish, meanders 2/3 of a mile on the east border of the property and is only a stone's throw from the Buffalo River National Park. The area is home to elk, bear, turkey and deer.
The facility is an ideal training ground to acclimate retrievers to canoes, swift water, rocky terrain and extremely steep mountain environments. This facility gives Wildrose yet another realistic training environment to further enhance our training services.
Wildrose On Premises
Wildrose, in Oxford, operates a sporting accessories store offering the finest in training supplies and rugged, outdoor clothing.
We're authorized dealers of Orvis, Filson and Beretta and we have a fine gun room offering Italian and British double guns.
Many of the training products are designed specifically for Wildrose and all clothing and accessories are fully tested before being sold to the public.

Wildrose is a fulltime breeding and training facility. Visitors are welcome. Please call in advance of your arrival so we may schedule your visit.
Our normal business hours are:

Monday through Friday 8:00 to 5:00
Saturday closed
Sunday 1:00 to 5:00
Wildrose Arkansas - By Appointment Only
Note: The nature of the training business requires flexible hours due to weather conditions and training requirements. In winter months, training is mainly conducted mid-day. In summer training occurs usually in the early morning. We also vary times due to weather conditions as one may expect. Also, training is conducted throughout the 141-acreage. It is advisable to schedule your visit so we may be available to greet you and provide you our undivided attention.
Driving Directions
Oxford Facility The Wildrose Training facility is located 70 miles south of Memphis, Tennessee, just outside the town of Oxford, Mississippi. Leaving Oxford on Hwy. 6 east toward the town of Pontotoc, Mississippi, you would travel 12 miles past the Hwy. 7 exit. Exit right on county road 425 (12 miles east of Oxford). Arkansas Facility

The Wildrose mountain training facility is located in the most rugged section of the Ozark Mountains along the Little Buffalo River, located adjacent to the Buffalo River National Park.
